Delivery and Risk
The goods shall be either
(a) Picked up by you from the Nothing But Netball premises; or
(b) Delivered to you at a physical address nominated by you. We will endeavour to have the ordered goods despatched within 2 working days of your order being confirmed.
Nothing But Netball shall not be liable for any loss, damages or costs due to its failure to deliver the goods promptly, or not at all.
Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery, or when the goods are picked up from the Nothing But Netball premises.
The delivery charges will be added to the cost of the goods. The delivery charges will be as shown on the website and are subject to change from time to time.
Privacy Act 1993
Any information collected about you via this web site is used solely for the purposes of:
(a) Processing orders.
(b) Improving your shopping experience.
(c) Communicate with you regarding products and services and special promotions.
We will only collect personal information to the extent that is reasonably necessary to serve our legitimate business purposes. Any information provided will be stored securely and will not be sold or released to any other business or person.
Nothing But Netball will not be liable for any loss of privacy, disclosure of information, harm, damage or loss that may result from you providing information to us through our website.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 set out the required standard for goods sold by Nothing but Netball. If those goods do not meet those standards, if they are not of good quality or are faulty, Nothing But Netball can repair, replace, or refund you for the goods.
Nothing But Netball will accept the return of the goods for repair, refund, or replacement if:-
(a) They do not meet the standards as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993; or
(b) They are damaged or faulty, and that damage or fault was caused prior to delivery or pick up; and
(c) The goods are returned to Nothing But Netball within 7 days of delivery.
Where possible, Nothing But Netball will repair or replace any returned goods. A full refund will only be given if the goods cannot be repaired or replaced.
Freight costs to return and re-send any replacement items will be the responsibility of the customer.
A full refund will only apply to the products purchased and will not include freight costs, unless otherwise agreed by Nothing But Netball.
Once payment has been made, an order cannot be cancelled.
Out of Stock and Backorders
Nothing But Netball endeavours to ensure that all items on the website are either in stock or available from the suppliers.
If the goods you order cannot be supplied in the time stipulated on the website, and need to be put on backorder, Nothing But Netball will let you know as soon as possible.
Should the brand of product by the advertised supplier no longer be available, we will replace with the same product sourced through an alternate supplier/brand of the same value.
Nothing but Netball cannot always give a time frame for backorders to be supplied. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us with your order number and request to cancel, within 24 hours of receiving notice that your goods have been placed on backorder.
The prices set out on the website are based on prices provided by the suppliers. These prices are subject to change from time to time.
All prices shown are in NZ Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
In the event that the price of the goods has changes between order and supply, we reserve the right to alter the price accordingly.
If the price is altered, we will advise you as soon as possible and you will have 7 days to cancel your order by emailing us with your order number and your request to cancel.
